2 cups strawberries coarsely chopped
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
3 bottles Strongbow Cherry Blossom Hard Cider
½ bottle Rosé
1 cup white grape juice
1 cup blackberries, halved if large
1 cup raspberries
¼ cup mint leaves (or lemon verbena, if available)
In the bottom of a pitcher roughly muddle the strawberries with the sugar and lemon juice. Add in the Strongbow Cherry Blossom Hard Cider, Rosé, and grape juice. Stir together. Add the fruit and mint and then fill with ice to chill. Garnish with a sprig of lemon verbena and extra berries.

1 Tablespoon pomegranate seeds, plus more for garnish
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
½ bottle Strongbow Cherry Blossom Hard Cider
¼ oz. bitter Italian aperitif liqueur
2 oz. pomegranate flavored seltzer
Muddle the pomegranate seeds with the lime juice in the bottom of a shaker. Add the bitter Italian aperitif liqueur and the Strongbow Cherry Blossom Hard Cider. Stir together. Pour into a Collins glass filled with ice and top with the seltzer water. Garnish with additional pomegranate seeds.
1/3 cup diced white onion (about 1/2 small onion)
3 plum tomatoes, chopped
1½ teaspoon chopped chipotle in adobo
2 Tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon salt

Mix ingredients together in a small bowl. Let sit 15-20 minutes until juices begin to release. Serve with yellow & blue tortilla chips.
2 cups fresh strawberries
¼ cup fresh lime juice
¼ cup sugar
½ cup Strongbow Cherry Blossom Hard Cider
¼ cup Brown Rice syrup
Puree the strawberries in a blender with the lime juice and the sugar. In a bowl mix the strawberry puree together with the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into an ice cream machine following the instructions for freezing sorbet. When frozen, place in freezer for at least four hours. Serve with store bought coconut sorbet and toasted coconut flakes to garnish.
