Strongbow Artisanal Blend Maple Mimosa

Ingredients  
2 oz. unfiltered apple cider
½ teaspoon dark maple syrup
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 oz. Strongbow Artisanal Blend Hard Apple Cider
aromatic bitters

Directions 
Fill a champagne flute with the first 3 ingredients. Top with Strongbow Artisanal Blend Hard Apple Cider and 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters. Garnish with a thin apple slice.


Strongbow Artisanal Blend Mojito

Ingredients  
8 mint leaves, plus garnish
5 basil leaves
1 teaspoon sugar
1 Tablespoon lime juice
2 oz. white rum
3 oz. Strongbow Artisanal Blend Hard Apple Cider
Lime sugar for rim of glass

Directions 
Dip the top of the glass in water and cover with lime/sugar mixture. In a cocktail shaker muddle mint, basil, sugar, and lime juice. Add ice and rum, shake well. Strain into ice filled glass and top with Strongbow Artisanal Blend Hard Apple Cider. Garnish with mint sprig.

Gold Apple - Mixology

Strongbow Gold Apple Cider Martini

(11.3% ABV) Calories per serving: 210

Ingredients 
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Anise simple syrup
1½ oz. vodka
5 oz. Strongbow Gold Apple Hard Cider 

For Anise Simple Syrup:
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
2 whole stars of anise

Directions 
To make the Anise Simple Syrup:
Put all ingredients in a small pot & cook until sugar dissolves. Set aside until cool.

In a shaker filled with ice, mix the martini ingredients and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a floating star anise on top.

Strongbow Gold Apple Sage Spritz

Ingredients
1½ oz. Bitter Liquor Aperitif
3 oz. Strongbow Gold Apple Hard Cider
Fresh apple slices for garnish
Sage sprigs for garnish

Directions 
In an ice filled rocks glass, combine the liquor with the Strongbow Golden Apple.
Garnish with an apple slice on the rim and a sprig of sage.


Strongbow Gold Apple Shandy With Mint Ice Cubes

Ingredients 
3 oz. Strongbow Gold Apple Hard Cider
3 oz. Lemonade
Frozen Herb Ice cubes
1 lemon for garnish

Directions 
To make ice cubes place a mint leaf into each ice cube compartment and cover with water. Freeze at least four hours or overnight.  
To make the Shandy, fill a pint glass with mint ice cubes and pour in the lemonade then top with Strongbow Gold Apple Hard Cider. Enjoy with a slice of lemon.

Strongbow Sweater

Ingredients 
¾ oz. Apple Brandy
¾ oz. Elderflower Liqueur
1 dash cocktail bitters
3 oz. Strongbow Gold Apple Hard Cider
Grated nutmeg
Rosemary sprigs 

Directions 
Stir brandy, elderflower liqueur, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice and strain into a coupe glass.
Top with Strongbow Gold Apple Hard Cider. Then grate nutmeg on top and use a lighter to char the tips of the rosemary sprigs away from the glass, blow out any flame and place into glass as a garnish.
Serve smoldering.

Cherry Blossom - Mixology

Strongbow Cherry Blossom Sangria

(ABV: 7%) Calories per 6 servings: 230, Calories per 8 servings: 170 

Ingredients
2 cups strawberries coarsely chopped
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
3 bottles Strongbow Cherry Blossom Hard Cider
½ bottle Rosé
1 cup white grape juice
1 cup blackberries, halved if large
1 cup raspberries
¼ cup mint leaves (or lemon verbena, if available)

Directions
In the bottom of a pitcher roughly muddle the strawberries with the sugar and lemon juice. Add in the Strongbow Cherry Blossom Hard Cider, Rosé, and grape juice. Stir together. Add the fruit and mint and then fill with ice to chill. Garnish with a sprig of lemon verbena and extra berries.

Strongbow Cherry Blossom Pomegranate Spritzer

(ABV: 2.9%) Calories per serving: 120

Ingredients 
1 Tablespoon pomegranate seeds, plus more for garnish
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
½ bottle Strongbow Cherry Blossom Hard Cider
¼ oz. bitter Italian aperitif liqueur
2 oz. pomegranate flavored seltzer

Directions 
Muddle the pomegranate seeds with the lime juice in the bottom of a shaker. Add the bitter Italian aperitif liqueur and the Strongbow Cherry Blossom Hard Cider. Stir together. Pour into a Collins glass filled with ice and top with the seltzer water. Garnish with additional pomegranate seeds.  


Orange Blossom - Mixology

Strongbow Orange Blossom Mimosa

Ingredients
2 oz. Strongbow Orange Blossom Hard Cider
2 oz. freshly squeezed orange juice
2 oz. Cava/Sparkling Wine of your choice

Directions
Pour Strongbow Orange Blossom Hard Cider and orange juice into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with an orange twist.

Strongbow Orange Blossom Rosemary Margarita

1½ oz. Silver Tequila
2 oz. Strongbow Orange Blossom Hard Cider
1 oz. lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
4 rosemary leaves
1 rosemary sprig for garnish

Directions
In an ice filled shaker, combine the rosemary leaves, tequila, lime juice and simple syrup and shake vigorously. Add the Strongbow Orange Blossom Hard Cider and strain into an ice filled glass. Add the rosemary sprig and lime wedge to garnish.

Ingredients
4½ oz. Strongbow Orange Blossom Cider
½ oz. orange liqueur
½ teaspoon fresh ginger juice (grated ginger, squeezed)
2 oz. apple-cherry juice
Dash Orange Bitters
Sage leaves 

Directions
Put all ingredients except bitters in a shaker over ice. Shake until cold. Strain into a cooling glass filled with ice. Top with 3-4 shakes of Orange Bitters. Garnish with orange wheel and sage leaves.
