1) Rights

a) I agree to grant Strongbow (part of the HEINEKEN Company) a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free and worldwide license to use, reproduce and publish the content that I hereby have submitted on the brand website or brand social media channels of Strongbow.
b) I have the permission of, and am empowered to act and respond on behalf of, all those involved and who feature in my content and confirm that they are above the age of 25.
c) I am aware and agree that Strongbow may or may not use my name and/or Instagram username when using my materials.

2) Legal standards of my content

For the content submitted by me, I warrant that it:
(i) is completely original, solely created by me and that I am entitled to all rights, titles and interests in the material;
(ii) does not infringe the rights of others, including but without limitation, any third party copy rights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, or privacy, publicity or contractual rights;
(iii) does not violate any applicable laws or any other regulation, guideline or community standard;
(iv) contains no unsolicited or unauthorised promotions, political campaigning, advertising, or any other form of solicitation;
(v) contains no material that is offensive, defamatory, threatening, abusive, vulgar, sexist, discriminating or otherwise inappropriate;
(vi) is not intended to promote or incite violent, dangerous or antisocial behaviour; and
(vii) does not violate any other applicable law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation.

3) Personal data

I agree that Strongbow will be provided with my personal data in the form (only) of my full name, email address and Instagram username, as submitted by me.

Strongbow will use and store this information for the sole purposes of contacting me and/or ‘tagging’/ crediting me when sharing my content and it will not be used for any advertising purposes or shared with third parties. When Strongbow no longer uses my materials these details will be permanently deleted by Strongbow.
