The apples we use to make your Strongbow® Cider, are grown specially to produce crisp and refreshing ciders. But it’s our mastery of extracting these apples’ natural flavors that makes your favorite Strongbow® Cider special.
After harvesting the ripest apples, they arrive at the mill where they're washed and crushed. This pulp is pressed to extract juice, which is then concentrated and stored. The concentrated apple juice is then fermented and left to mature, allowing smoother flavors to develop.
The result is what you love about Strongbow® Ciders. A gluten free, hard cider with a pleasant yet refreshing texture which balances between first acidity and sourness and then sweet softness, with a very long finish.
